Rich is dedicated to helping his clients succeed and provides the tools necessary to get them stronger and become the best version of themselves. He is certified as a Professional Barbell Coach (PBC), Starting Strength Coach (SSC), Precision Level 1 nutrition coach, and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), with over a decade of experience in the industry.
After witnessing the limitations of clients relying strictly on passive therapy to treat pain first-hand, he retired as an LMT and now empowers his clients by teaching them how to get stronger through barbell coaching. It is his experience that as clients’ lifts increase and their bodies change, many of their ailments subside, and their quality of life improves dramatically.
Rich works with people of all ages, including those in their 20s and those in their 70s and beyond. He works with individuals who have never touched a barbell in their life and those who compete. While his best training lifts are a 550 lb. deadlift, 475 lb. squat, 320 lb. bench press, and 212.5 lb. overhead press, health always comes first, and he would never sacrifice it by gaining unnecessary bodyweight just to add weight to the bar. Rich knows far more about training than just squat, bench, and deadlift and is skilled in bodybuilding, yoga, boxing, and gymnastics.
