I would consider it a privilege to support you wherever you are on your fitness journey, toward your fitness goal, in as many or as few sessions as you'd like. While everyone needs coaching to varying extents, I deeply value helping people learn to coach themselves. Using the Starting Strength method, I primarily coach the squat, the press, the bench press, the deadlift, and the power clean.
We can work together at my home gym; or, I offer "mobile coaching": I can meet you wherever you have access to appropriate equipment, such as your home gym or a fitness center.
Via telephone calls/texts and videos, I can help you to correct and improve your movements' forms, and the programming of your training. Online coaching works better after working together in-person initially, to teach, learn, and correct gross aspects of barbell lifts; however, I'd be happy to work with you without initial in-person work.
