    Heidi is a phenomenal trainer. She’s passionate about health and fitness and programs to meet your needs. Her methods and training tips have been instrumental in my continued fitness journey! Could not recommend her enough!

      Heidi is the best trainer! It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or an expert she meets you where you’re at. I’m still training the way she taught me ten years ago. You will not regret picking up a barbell with her!

    My wife and I decided we wanted to get healthier as we were getting older. We wanted to be able to pick up our grandchildren with our throwing our backs out. Heidi started us on our journey. She was very patient with us as she showed us how and why we do certain movements. We have been with it for over a year. People are amazed we are sticking with it.

    Heidi is a great coach. Very patient with someone who is new and breaks down things to where I could understand them easily. Taught me great cues for Olympic lifting that were specific to me and not cookie cutter. Highly reccomend her for any training level . Heidi will help you grow.

    Heidi is the best coach I’ve ever worked with. Her knowledge and understanding of the mechanics of the human body and strength training is truly impressive. She is able to effectively take anyone, regardless of their skill level, physical limitations, injuries etc and make them stronger and more functional. She makes even difficult movements easy to learn, and has the innate ability to simplify complicated things.

    Beyond all that, she’s a gem of a human. She’s patient, kind, and makes everyone around her feel encouraged. Her energy itself is motivating, and you can tell she takes genuine pride in watching people succeed.

    I hired Heidi for a 2 hour session when she was in Amarillo. I travelled 2 hours north from Lubbock. I am an experienced lifter training with barbells and Heidi provided me with some excellent insight and a list of cues for each of my lifts to work on. She even wrote them out on a whiteboard so I could take a picture to take with me. All of her cues were spot on to help me improve my technique. We did not talk about programming as we were mainly working on technique but I’d imagine she knows her stuff by the way she communicated. She also advised me on managing some pain and was very friendly and knowledgeable to work with.

    Heidi is lights out an amazing strength and conditioning coach for adults and teens! My oldest son worked with her for years and learned proper technique so he didn’t get hurt when he hit the high school weight room. He has carried that love of lifting into college because of her.

    Heidi is an exceptional Starting Strength Coach. I trained with her for years and her knowledge, passion and talent always amazed me. I would still be training with her if we didn’t move out of state. When I trained with Heidi, I was in the best shape of my life. Heidi taught me all the fundamentals to be able to lift appropriately so I wouldn’t get hurt. Soon enough, I was lifting heavy weight that I never thought was possible. My life completely changed for the absolute better when I joined her gym. Not only physically but mentally too! I looked forward to going to the gym everyday because Heidi made it such a happy energetic environment. I wish more than anything I could still train her. However, the knowledge she provided to me will stay with me a lifetime!

    I have been lifting weights for years…incorrectly. So when Heidi offered to show me how I was reluctant because I’m a weight lifting dude. So Heidi explained how the body works. How form over weights is more effective and efficient and actually got me to do squats. Which I do every week and which I now love to do. Heidi is beyond knowledgeable about exercise. You can tell her what you want to accomplish and she’ll design a program for you. For anyone to tell to me that I’ve been doing something wrong by showing me the right way, that is beyond impressive. I look forward to working with Heidi every week and have recommended her to all my friends. I just can’t say enough about her professionalism, extensive knowledge and her ability to motivate a client. My core is so much stronger and I feel so much better that I’m off all the meds I was on (cholesterol, a1c and blood pressure). 5 stars is too low a rating for this OUTSTANDING coach!
