Coach Jeff was my main coach for 2023 at Strength Co and during that time I’ve learned so much from him. Not only is he a talented coach but an incredible Renaissance man. He helped me really sharpen, clean up and improve my lifts. I think he has a great eye to help you with your lifts and improve them. With his diverse background in sports and the outdoors he brings a unique set of experience and skills that make him one of best strength and conditioning coaches that I’ve personally met and such an asset for Strength Co.
