Elad Levy’s journey into strength training began in high school when he was a skinny, weak, and insecure teenager searching for a way to change his body and boost his confidence. Through dedication to the Starting Strength method, Elad gained dozens of pounds of body weight and added hundreds of pounds to his lifts within just a few months. This transformation not only reshaped his body but also revolutionized his mindset, setting him on a lifelong path to strength.
For Elad, strength started as a mental protector—a way to build resilience against life’s challenges—and grew into a physical safeguard that helped him stay strong and healthy. During his three years of service in the Israeli Defense Forces as a sniper in an elite reconnaissance unit (Sayeret Golani), Elad’s strength training kept him injury-free, while many of his teammates sustained injuries that still affect them today. This experience reinforced his belief in the long-term value of strength, as it helps reduce the risk of injury and fosters overall resilience.
In 2017, Elad transitioned his passion for strength into a full-time coaching career. Since then, he has worked with clients of all ages, from teenagers to seniors, helping them experience the life-changing benefits of strength training. Guiding people to become stronger than they ever thought possible has been one of the most rewarding parts of Elad’s work, and he is deeply committed to supporting his clients in achieving their goals.
Elad’s mission is to help people of all ages and abilities build strength that enhances their lives. Strength is never a weakness. Whether your goal is to improve performance, increase longevity, or simply feel better in your own body, strength is the key. Elad believes that whole-body strength is foundational to everything— making everyday tasks easier and improving bone density, muscle mass, joint health, and metabolic function.
In 2024, Elad proudly earned his Starting Strength Coach certification, further fueling his commitment to helping others experience the transformative power of strength training.

Choosing Elad as a strength coacher – you will never be sorry and will always be back for more.
Months before meeting Elad and having him as my strength & wellness coach. I was a terrible mess. I was struck while I was in the crosswalk by a Tesla that was put on auto pilot by its idiotic owner. The car struck me so hard from my left. It’s as if my body unnaturally folded over the front of the car towards the left. After deciding to use the brakes. I was hurled 16 feet into the middle of the intersection. I didn’t know what pain was until a day or two later. I was unable to walk ins normal straight position. My posture was horribly affected. The driver managed to move EVERY DISC in my back to the right. The worst being 6mm off. A few were herniated, two were slipped. I knew this after seeing the MRI. I’m a mechanic I’m always on my feet. Pain was worse when it was cold. I constantly cursed the man who stuck me, believing that he’s ruined my life forever. I’ll never be the same. I’ve missed important family function’s, times my closest friends were getting together. But I wouldn’t allow myself to attend. I hated the way I looked and felt. I had no confidence whatsoever. I didn’t even have the slightest bit of confidence to speak to a female I was interested in. A stones throw from where I work is a place called Interval. I had a run in at the 7-11 with one of the kindest people ever. Her name was Livnat. She asked about my back. How’d it happen. She knew I was in a ton of pain she said she could help. I was skeptical at first. Because everyone was pushing me to get a surgery done where I’d have my lower spine fused. Yea. No thanks. F-that. The same evening I spoke to Elad for the first time. Told him my situation and he said I can help you. But I’d have to be seriously dedicated. So. We met 3 times a week. The first day. I couldn’t even raise my arms straight into the air. Gradually l, things began to change for the better. I didn’t have this unbearable pain in my lower back daily. I was able to sleep. My posture is damn near back to what is was before. I can only speak from my own personal experience with Livnat. Who, God bless her…introduced me to Elad. He worked with me. He is patient. Kind. Respectful.understanding and a absolute gentleman. I owe Livnat and Elad so much. Nobody can ever fully comprehend how much they’ve done for me. Although I’ve barely met them. I have the utmost respect and love for these two. I trust them wholeheartedly. Without Livnat stopping to speak to me that day i wouldn’t have eventually met Elad. Getting surgery and fusing.m my spine was a last resort. I decided I’d rather bite the bullet, push through the pain and discomfort and put my faith in Elad and all of his knowledge. This is hands down the BEST DECISION IVE MADE in regards to my health and well being. Don’t let yourself be swayed by someone else’s opinion on your personal health and well being. Screw the rest. Elad is the way to go. Go with the confidence in knowing your In good hands with someone who actually gives a crap about making you better instead of just focusing on money. Thank you Elad, I wouldn’t be where I am now and how I am now without you. Livnat. Thank you for stopping to speak to me that day I was walking to 7-11. Do the best thing for your own wellbeing. Trust Elad and have faith in his abilities to help you achieve your goal of getting healthier and stronger. I sincerely thank you so much for helping me.
