Very observant and thorough. Clearly extremely knowledgeable about the lifts and the mechanics of the human body. Really enjoyed my session with him and got a lot out of it, even as an intermediate lifter.
I’ve been training with Jeremy for about a year, with great results.
I started the novice linear progression when I was 78, with no
prior barbell experience.
Jeremy got me started with some accomodations, which allowed
me to progress to the four primary barbell lifts.
At 79, I am noticeably stronger and have bettered my mobility.
Jeremy runs the Strength Cycle at Crossfit South Brooklyn
on DeGraw Street. I recommend him highly.
