Event Tags: deadlift press squat strengthlifting
Strength meets are unique competitions in which lifters perform their one-repetition maximum attempts in the squat, press, and deadlift. Equipment allowed is limited to belts, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, and shoes. All deadlifts are pulled conventionally. Lifters don’t weigh in, instead they weigh out after their last deadlift attempt.
• 8:00 to 9:00 am → Check-in for all lifters
• 10:00 am → Competition begins
• 4:00 pm → Awards
Spectators are welcome. No cost for your friends and family to come watch.
