Online Adaptive and Rehabilitation Coaching: $350/month
Online Adaptive and Rehabilitation Coaching is a full service option for individuals who are currently injured, frequently injured, coming out of surgery or post-operative protocol, or for individuals with medical conditions that are benefitted by being followed by an experienced coach with a medical background. Clients will be given access to an online programming application, will have weekly, individualized programming specific to their situation, and have daily feedback via the online coaching application.
Strength and Conditioning Coaching and Programming: $250/month
Another full service option but more appropriate for individuals who do not currently have any medical or orthopaedic conditions or injuries. Clients will be given access to an online programming and coaching application, weekly individualized programming, and daily feedback via the online application. It should be noted that once an individual no longer needs online adaptive and rehabilitation coaching, they will be moved to the normal programming rate of $250/month if they wish to continue.
Programming Only Option: $100/month
Weekly individualized programming for strength and conditioning with weekly feedback given.

Will Morris has been my coach since about June 2021.
I used to have a lot of form problems and Will helped me clean that up quickly. At the end of my novice phase, Will set me up with a solid program that works great with my schedule.
I’ve had lingering pain from injuries, knee surgery and wear and tear from the Marine Corps. Will helped me get much stronger and reduced my pain significantly. He’s answered a slew of questions for me and helped me get stronger than I even thought was possible!
