Christian encountered Starting Strength via a gym buddy in 2014, and soon started the novice program. He attended a Starting Strength Seminar in 2016, during which Diego and Emily Socolinsky invited him to intern at Fivex3 Training. After interning at Fivex3, Christian attended another seminar, passed examinations, and became credentialed in 2017.
Support for your fitness goal, in as many or as few sessions as you'd like. I primarily coach the main barbell lifts -- adapting to your body and situation -- with supplemental movements as appropriate.
Work with me at my home gym or your training location. I can meet you wherever you have access to appropriate equipment, such as your home gym or a fitness center.
Via telephone calls/texts and videos, I'll help you to correct and improve your barbell movements and your training programming. Remote coaching works better after working together in-person initially, to teach, learn, and correct gross aspects of barbell lifts; however, I'd be happy to work with you without initial in-person work.

Each week of online coaching (60 USD) includes:
- Feedback about nine (9) videos of your work-sets, including diagnosis, corrections, and cues.
- Customized programming for your training, tailored to your goals and situation.
- Timely responses to questions and concerns via telephone and messaging.
