I can’t recommend Stef highly enough! I signed up to get my form checked and sent four videos before the session. I got feedback on those lifts and also on additional ones that were added during our chat. I now have specific things to work on for each one, but also advice on how to self-check for improvement. We actually went a little bit over the scheduled time because I had questions on how to add weight. This was followed up with a written summary of the consulation which included links to videos to watch and blog posts to read.
I’ve been working out on my own for a few years and making progress, but recently started feeling pain in my left knee at the bottom of the squat. We went through a few squat videos to find what I was doing wrong and how to correct it.
Bench press and overhead press have been stalling out, so I had those looked at too. Turns out the problem of going up was needing to adjust my program to keep the weights moving up.
Very happy with the attention and my lifts have been going up since getting the form check consult.
