Jay put me through the paces for an hour. We worked squat, OHP, and deadlifts. I learned more in that hour than I have in the last five years on YouTube. As Rip says, everyone needs a coach. I highly recommend anyone working with a barbell in the greater Baltimore area go see Jay.
Jay has been coaching me for about a year and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. He’s not only a great coach, but a good dude. I would recommend him to anybody who wants to learn how to lift properly. I just do what he tells me to do and my numbers just keep going up.
