FiveX3 Training, a Starting Strength Affiliate Gym, is a performance training facility for those who want more out of their training. Founded in June 2011, our no-nonsense environment and personalized attention create an atmosphere where hard work and progress happen everyday. Using tried and true methods of strength and conditioning, clients receive individualized programming, coaching and nutritional tips to help them achieve their goals. This is not a spa. This is not a club. This is a place where people feel good about themselves, because they are improving themselves. No frills. No gimmicks. Just real work and real results. On Boarding Personal Coaching Sessions:
Barbell training at Fivex3 is based on the Starting Strength model. Our Open Gym sessions are managed by a certified Starting Strength Coach who works with each lifter based on their individualized program. In order to join the Open Gym sessions, you must have a minimum level of competency in the basic lifts as performed in the Starting Strength model: squat, press, deadlift, bench press and power clean. Our introductory sequence of personal coaching sessions is designed to get you ready to join the Open Gym sessions and fit right in. Through four initial sessions, you will work one-on-one with a dedicated professional barbell coach or Fivex3 Intern to learn the lifts and improve your form. Your introductory sessions will take place during group training times so you can observe other lifters and learn by watching as much as by doing.
$349 for four sessions with a professional barbell coach. There is a three month membership commitment (Or you can pay $440 regular price with NO three month commitment). You and your coach decide on the day/time for your sessions. Morning or evening, whatever works for you.
Once you’ve completed your introductory personal coaching sessions, you will be ready to join the Open Gym sessions confident in your ability to fit right in. A coach will continue working with you based on your individual needs so you can make progress and get stronger. You will train with a group of hard-working like-minded individuals who will support you and push you to accomplish your goals.
You have three choices for membership:
- $199 per month with a three month commitment (includes Basic Training/Boot Camp Class)
- $179 per month with six-month commitment (includes Basic Training/Boot Camp Class)
- $160 per month with one-year commitment (includes Basic Training/Boot Camp Class)
Cancelling a Coaching Session
If you need to cancel a personal coaching session, please give us 24 hours notice. If you do not give us 24 hours notice, you will forfeit that session. Our coaches are paid for their time and it is unprofessional to cancel the day of your session. Please make sure to give us enough notice ahead of time so you do not lose your session.
Cancellation of Membership
If you need to cancel your membership, please give us at 2 weeks written notice. You should email your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Suspend Membership for One Month
Effective May 1, 2022, if you wish to suspend your membership, you may do so for up to three months during your membership. There is a $35 charge to suspend your membership.
Family membership requires that all members reside at the same home address.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to drop in for training. Drop in fee is $25 for barbell training and $25 for the Basic Training/Boot Camp Class.
Online Coaching Services
We offer a range of online services designed for clients who live too far away to train at FiveX3 regularly:
1. Live remote coaching sessions and consultations
Conducted via Zoom or FaceTime. The closest you can get to training at FiveX3 without actually being here. Get a form check or learn to lift from scratch. Get answers to your programming questions. Get help with your nutrition. Fully custom one-on-one sessions based on your individual needs.
2. Basic Online Coaching
Ongoing coaching and programming via our private online forum platform. You will get weekly video reviews for all your lifts as well as constantly changing programming to match your evolving needs. Constant access to your coach on the forum to make sure you stay on track. Basically the same service our in-person clients get, without the benefit of real-time feedback.
Three month commitment when signing up for Basic.
3. Online Coaching Plus
For clients who live close enough to make it to FiveX3 once a month. This service includes basic online coaching plus one monthly live one-on-one session with your coach at FiveX3 at a discounted rate. Having a live in-person session every few weeks helps keep form in check and allows for faster progress. If you live within an hour drive of FiveX3 you should consider this option.
